He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Merritt B. Low and Marian Low (Johnson); and his sister Barbara Low Davies. He is survived by: his children, Thomas B. Low (Linda) of Arlington and Vivien R. Low of Portland, OR; his grandson Oliver Low of Arlington; his siblings, Robert B. Low of Richmond, VT and Margaret Low of Littleton; and his sister-in-law Elizabeth Low of Richmond, VT. He is also survived by four nieces and nephews.
