He is survived by : his daughters, Jill Appleby (Andrew) of Springfield, Joanne Bergeron (Phillip) of Easthampton and Karen Knowles (Jack) of Ludlow; his grandchildren, Christopher, Carly, Andrew, Peter, Jodi, Katie and Michelle; his daughter-in-law Vicki Alfano of Westfield; and his child Carew St.

In Lieu of flowers donations may be made in Henry's name to Shriners Hospital for Children 516 Carew St. Springfield, MA 01104.
