He was predeceased by : his spouse Ann Maggiore; his parent Michael Crisafi; and his sibling Rosalie Musco. He is survived by : his children, Lorina Cash (David) of Newtown, Michael J. Crisafi (Cheryl) of Hampden, MA and Mary Grace Crisafi of Hamden; his grandchildren, Michael Cash, Rebecca Cash, Jana Crisafi, Sara Crisafi, Olivia Opal, Stephanie Opal, Kellie Mason and Samantha Mason; his parent Beatrice Cermola Crisafi; and his siblings, Sebastian Crisafi of Branford, Alice Anderson, Roland Crisafi and Pasquale Crisafi. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

His last years were a testament to the loving man he was, as he personified his vow to love until 'death do us part.' He continued to care for his wife of 65 years who struggled and finally succumbed to Alzheimer's in August of this year.
