He was predeceased by: his brother Richard M. Fountaine. He is survived by: his children, Nancy Fountaine (Klinch), Craig H. Fountaine (Dacey) of Amesbury and Katherine J. Fountaine of Haverhill; and his siblings, Jean Hill (Randal) of Haverhill and Diane Fountaine of Goffstown, NH.. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
