He was predeceased by: his parent Ellery Atwood. He is survived by: his parent Katherine Atwood (Gorman); his spouse Francesca; his children, Michael John Atwood (Cathy) of Haverhill, Anne Atwood O'Donoghue, Lisa Buck (Paul) of Bradford and Sara Lamparelli (Rick Foster) of Bradford; his grandchildren, Nathan Buck, Brynn O'Donoghue, Harry O'Donoghue, Alexia Lamparelli, Emma Atwood and Jake Axford; and his siblings, Edward G. Atwood (Annie) of Hampton, NH and Julie Atwood-Drake of Somerville, MA.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to the American Diabetes Association and St. Vincent DePaul Society.
