He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Maguire and Mary Maguire (Delaney); his father-in-law George "Benny" Lee (Julia); his sisters-in-law, Julie Faye (late Larry Faye) and JoAnne Schoenfeld (Bill); and his siblings, William, Daniel and Kathy.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Maguire (Lee); and his grandchildren, Lucy, Julia, Chaz and Eliza. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
