He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Fiore Mancuso and Fanny Mancuso (Conte); his wife Dorothy "Dot" Mancuso (Matthews); and his children, Paul Mancuso (Larri) of Brockton and Thomas Mancuso (Jeanne) of Randolph. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
