He was predeceased by: his father Joseph J. Pukt Jr. Visiting. He is survived by: his wife Kathy of Holbrook; his sons, Jason (Cece) of Braintree and Christopher of Holbrook; his mother Shirley A. Pukt; and his siblings, Joseph J. Pukt III (Barbara) of Nashua, NH and Lisa Orfan (Jeff). He is also survived by five grandchildren and many nephews and a niece.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Dennis' memory can be made to the Pat Roche Hospice Home, 86 Turkey Hill Lane, Hingham, MA 02043.
