He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Ramon Medina and Atanacia Ramirez; his wife Miriam Medina (Burgos); his children, Miguel, Angel, Elba, Migdalia and Jazmin (Juan); his grandchildren, Kenny, Desiree, Chazity, Destiny, Izzaiah, Jessiana, Janelly and Jazlyn; and his great grandchildren, Aiden, Adrian, Aryanna and Xavier.

FUNERAL SERVICE AND BURIAL WILL BE HELD PRIVATELY DUE TO COVID-19.
