He was predeceased by : his parents, John Tarca and Susan Tarca (Moredo). He is survived by : his wife Phyllis T. Tarca (Dimock); and his children, John Tarca, Edward Tarca (Barbara) and Lisa (John McCormick). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; great grandchildren & 2 nieces.
