He was predeceased by : his wife Maria T. DeSousa (Batista); his parents, Eduardo DeSousa and Maria Augosta DeSousa (Raposo); and his brother Eduardo DeSousa of Portugal. He is survived by : his daughter Filomena (Jack Rush) of Mendon, MA; his grandchildren, Natasha (Jared Barton) of Hopedale, MA, Verusca (Jesse Mazzola) of Uxbridge, MA, Matthew Rush of Milford, MA and Jaclyn (Chad Noel) of Douglas, MA; and his great grandchildren, Olivia Mazzola, Lillith Rush, Addison Noel, Gianna Mazzola, Joseph Barton, Corey Noel and Jackson Barton. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the family's concerns for the wellbeing of family members and friends funeral services will be private.
