We are sad to announce that on June 20, 2023, at the age of 93, Ohhanes J. Kourkounian of Hopedale, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Krikor Kerkonian and Mariam Kerkonian (Avedisian); his wife Araksie; and his siblings, Siragan Kerkonian, George Kerkonian and Sirarpi Fermanian.
He is survived by : his children, Claudia Anahid Antranigian (Hagop) of Mendon and Armen Kourkounian (Christine) of Andover, Massachusetts.; his grandchildren, Armenag (Joan-Seda Antranigian) of Uxbridge, Aram Antranigian of Boston, Nyree and Armen Koukounian of Andover, Massachusetts.; and his siblings, Sirvart Karmandarian of Amman, Jordan, Sossi Sanikian of Fresno, Kegho Kerkonian of Reseda, Avedis Kerkonian of Reseda and Hagop Kerkonian of Toronto, Canada.. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be directed to either the Whitinsville Armenian Heritage Memorial.
