She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Patricia Jordan (Foley) and Hugh Carrington Jordan; her husband Jonathan Schwartz; her children, Lilly and Jake; and her pets, Patchy and Maggie.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Chesmore Funeral Home of Hopkinton (57 Hayden Rowe St, Hopkinton, MA 01748).
In lieu of flowers, friends have started a GoFundMe campaign to support the family during this incredibly tough time and to honor the memory of Amy. Funds raised will support Lilly & Jake's college fund as well as local charities and causes close to Amy's heart.
