He was predeceased by: his sister Heather Siebert; and his aunt Susan Mespelli of Upton, MA.. He is survived by: his parents, Barbara Harris (Lutz) and Carl D. Harris, Sr. of Candia; his sister Nichole Perreault (Kyle) of Effingham, NH; his niece Leah Perreault; and his grandparents, Harold Lutz, Donald and Julia Harris of Hopkinton, MA. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations be made to the Pediatric Patient Assistance Fund, #9999052, at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
