We are sad to announce that on October 21, 2021, at the age of 65, Jill Welch of Hopkinton, Massachusetts, born in Whitinsville, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Angus A. Parker and Gloria W. Parker (Skoog); and her sisters, Linda Kapnik and Penny Parker. She is survived by: her son Michael Fitzgerald; and her siblings, Terrill Parker, Judith Flynn of Westborough, Edward Parker of Monson and Bonnie Grimala (Paul) of Uxbridge. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
