He was predeceased by: his parent John Palinkas. He is survived by: his parent Barbara D. Palinkas (Moore) of Hopkinton; his children, Koady J. Palinkas of California, John H. Palinkas of Hopkinton and Leah M. Palinkas of Hopkinton; his siblings, John S. Palinkas (Shannon) of Upton and Elizabeth M. Thieme (Derek) of York; and his grandmother Mary Grenga of Hopkinton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the John and Leah Palinkas Memorial Fund, ?
