She was predeceased by: her parents, Mildred Foley (Symonds) and Edward Foley; and her brother Edward Henry Foley III. She is survived by: her husband Hugh Carrington Jordan; her sister Bette Lee Foley-Flynn (Dan Flynn); her nephew Will Karle (Laura); her great-nephew Nicholas; her son-in-law Jonathan Schwartz of Hopkinton; and her grandchildren, Lilly and Jake Schwartz.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Chesmore Funeral Home of Hopkinton (57 Hayden Rowe St, Hopkinton, MA 01748).
In lieu of flowers, friends have started a GoFundMe campaign to support the family during this incredibly tough time and to honor the memory of Amy. Funds raised will support Lilly & Jake's college fund as well as local charities and causes close to Amy's heart.
