With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Simmons Jr. (Hopkinton, Massachusetts), born in Newton, Massachusetts, who passed away on January 23, 2020 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Richard B Simmons Sr and Barbara Simmons (Hutton); his wife Eleanor E. Simmons (Going); and his children, Janet Paradis (George) of Oakham, Lee Ann Nelson (Richard) of North Carolina, Richard Simmons (Deb) of West Brookfield, Nancy Larence (Roger) of Northbridge and Matthew Simmons (Beth) of Brookfield. He was also cherished by 9 Grandchildren; 7 Great Grandchildren; along with many nieces and nephews.
