He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mothers, Charlotte Hanscomb (Hazelton) and Mildred Hanscomb (Harrington); and his children, Cynthia Hancomb of Hopkinton, Cindy Markou of Westborough, Ramona Nee of Braintree, June Welch of Newton, Robert Welch of Allston, Sandy Nieves of Wilmington, NC, Rose Matthews of Bad Axe, MI, Richard Welch of Boston and Lawrence Welch. He was also cherished by 13 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and 8 great-great grandchildren.
