He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, David Mackin (Marcia) of Upton, Paula Langdon of Virginia Beach, VA, William Mackin Jr (Anne) of Moyock, NC, Mark Mackin (Lisetta) of Litchfield, NH, Pam Neild (Chuck) of Litchfield, NH and Scott Mackin of Hopkinton. He was also cherished by eleven grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
