He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Ouellette and Florence Ouellette; his wife Johnnie Ouellette (Barton); and his brother Norman. He is survived by: his close friend Joyce Parmenter of Hubbardston; and his siblings, Ronald Ouellette (Theresa) of Gardner, Annette Matusewicz (Bill) of Templeton, Lorraine Pavlosky of Hubbardston and Roger Ouellette (Janice) of Gilbertville.
