He is survived by : his wife Evelyn M. Lugo (Toro); his son John R. Lugo; his significant other Nicholas Willis of Malden; his daughters, Arlene M. Lugo of Worcester and Kathy A. Miles (David) of Hubbardston; and his grandchildren, Jonathan, Jenna, Joshua, Anne, Christopher Lugo, Evan Isabella and David Miles.
