Shaffer II; her wife Mary of East Templeton; her grandchildren, Valerie Shaffer of Worcester, Lynsey Shaffer and Patrick McKinney of Boston; her siblings, Arthur Hoogendyk of Whitinsville and Henrietta Hoogendyk of Whitinsville; and her parents, William A. and Elizabeth Hoogendyk (Haringa). She is also survived by many nephews, nieces and cousins.
