He was predeceased by : his parents, Mozart Perry and Mary Angela Moniz (Medeiros); and his brother Russell John Moniz. He is survived by : his wife Claudia M. Moniz (Camara); his son Peter Moniz (Lorie); his grandchildren, Morgan and Mason of Mashpee, MA; his son Damian Moniz of Hyannis, MA.; and his sister Kathleen Perry of Rhode Island.
