He was predeceased by : his parents, Murray Zwart and Phillis Zwart; his brother Curtis Zwart; his sister-in-law Jacquelyn Zwart; and his nephew Rick Zwart.

He is survived by : his wife Lucinda Cawood; his son Jason Zwart; his siblings, Jon Zwart, Richard Zwart and Jennifer Farr (Art); and his friend Brian Ceaffney. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
