She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Milton and Edna (Kohn) of New Bedford; her children, Helen Gempel, Karen Rubino (Jeffrey) of Hyannis and Peter Brooks of Hyannis; her grandchildren, Gary Kaye (Marietta) of Phoenix, AZ, Miles Hathorn (Heather) of Owensboro, KY, Peter Rubino (Meagan) of Wendell, NC, Michael Rubino of South Boston, MA and Elizabeth Rubino Dinh (Nam) of Wakefield, MA; her siblings, Selma Lacob (Sally) of New Bedford, Millicent Shuster (Abbott) of New Bedford and Helen Zeman of New Bedford; and her significant other Paul Bostwick of Yarmouth Port. She was also cherished by eleven great-grandchildren.
