He is survived by : his wife Susan Boyce-Vickers (Pollack); his daughter Catherine Vickers-Malo (David); his stepson Richard Boyce Jr. (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Miyah Boyce and Alexander Boyce; his brother David Vickers Jr. (Kathy); and his former life partner Susanne Hubbard. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, uncles, aunts and the many dear friends.
