She was predeceased by: her husband Peter J. Markos (Curly); her parents, Peter Pappalimberis and Marini Pappalimberis (Zacharakis); and her siblings, Sophie Georgeopoulos, Olga Pappalimberis, George and Louis Pappalimberis.
She is survived by: her stepmother Marigo; her daughters, Anna-Maria (James Bussing) and Elena Markos; her grandchildren, Ariana, Byron, Rhonni and PJ; her stepgrandchildren, James, Kaitlyn and Danielle; and her sisters, Stella Galanis of Ipswich and Helen Steele of Hobe Sound. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
