He was predeceased by: his sister Louise; and his parent-in-law Wilmot. He is survived by: his wife June A. Tougas (Hall) of Topsfield Road; his children, Gary Tougas (Jan), Robin Mills (Brad), Kathy MacWhinnie (Rick) and Lauri Carlson (Keith); his grandchildren, Courtney, Natalie, Stephanie, Jennifer, Eric, Sarah, Amy, Emily and Jessica; his siblings, Irene, Eva, Amedee, Lionel, John, Edmund, Alfred, Richard and Noella; and his mother-in-law Esther Hall. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
