He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Vinia Gladys (Milliken) and Byron D. Harvey; his wife Phyllis Robbins; his children, Robert, Phyllis, Rita and Harry; his child-in-law Willie Mae "Tiny" (McDonald); and his niece Vina. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
