Though Neal may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Neal touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Bornstein and Rose Bornstein (Rosenberg). He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Anne Bornstein (Menkes); his daughter Deborah Hickey (Brad Hickey); his granddaughters, Rachel and Charlotte of Walpole, MA; his son Aaron Bornstein, MD (Ilisabeth Bornstein); his grandchildren, Madeleine and Jonah Bornstein of Easton, MA; and his sister Norma Rooks of Peabody, MA..
