He was predeceased by: his siblings, Daniel Grivakis, Kathleen Sangenario, Georgia Jillson and Anna Carton; and his parents, Greek Immigrants Gus and Kaliope Grivakis (Panos).
He is survived by: his wife Eva T. Grivakis (Goguen); and his daughters, Nicole Grivakis of Leominster and Alexis Grivakis of Sterling. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the Grivakis family suggests that memorial donations be made to an Animal Rescue of one's choice.
