She was predeceased by: her father Angelo Accolla; and her sisters, Nina Giorgio and Josephine Capriole. She is survived by: her children, Angela Ouimette of North Andover, Diane Fazio (Rick Jagodynski) of Salem, N. H., Christine Fazio (Neil Giarrusso) of Lawrence, David Fazio of Lawrence and Vincent Fazio (Pam) of Effingham, N. H; and her sister Sally Cavazza (Angelo) of Andover. She is also survived by her four grandchildren and five great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
