He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William J. Sr. Loughlin and Rita Loughlin (Casey); his wife Barbara M. Loughlin (Albrecht); his children, Daniel (Janice) of Methuen, Kevin (Maureen) of Andover and Kathleen of Lawrence; his grandchildren, Christine (Aaron Young), Danny, Siobhan, Sarah, Deirdre and Casey Loughlin; his great grandchildren, Jackson, Oakley and Avery Young; and his siblings, Mary Rita Henrick of Methuen and Robert Loughlin.
