We are sad to announce that on August 31, 2023, Gisele Fortin Mientka of Leeds, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Fortin and Eléonore Fortin of Highgate Springs, VT; her husband Stanley Mientka; her son James; and her brothers, Roger, Yves and Gilles.
She is survived by: her family Leeds; her children, Francis, Michael, Donald (Elaine Howes), Peggy, Jane (Glenn Scott) and Lisa (Scott Tanguay); her grandchildren, Bryan, Ben, Brett Scott, Tucker, Mick, Madison Mientka, Kristen, Matt Mientka and Jeremy Tanguay; and her sister Martha Brisson (Ontario) of Sturgeon Falls.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday September 15th at 10AM at Our Lady of the Hills in Haydenville for Gisele and her son Jimmy who passed on March 21, 2020 during Covid.
