He is survived by: his parent Grace Andrulis (Patterson); his spouse Caroline Andrulis (Adamski); his daughters, Tina Andrulis of Florence, Cathy Andrulis (Jim Dove) of Golden, Brian and Miranda; his sister Grace Nicolaisen of Brentwood; his sister-in-law Betty Schunke (Dan) of Stuarts Draft; and his sibling's children, Kirsten Nicolaisen, Lynne Drakos, Cheryl Murphy, John Nicolaisen and John Murphy.
