Higgins Partenheimer (Leicester, Massachusetts), born in Worcester, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 30, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her former life partner James A. Higgins; her son Michael T. Higgins; and her siblings, Leo O'Neil, Daniel O'Neil, James O'Neil and Mary O'Neil.
She is survived by : her husband Paul E. "Pep" Partenheimer; her children, James C. Higgins (Stephanie) of Oxford, Lynn M. Morley (John) of Alpharetta, GA and Elizabeth A. Saunders; her sister Elizabeth Larson of Leicester; and her parents, Leo O'Neil and Margaret O'Neil (Mulvey). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
