It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ann Snyder of Lenox, Massachusetts, born in Troy, New York, who passed away on October 8, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Alaskey and Marion F. Bouchard Alaskey; her daughters, Carol F. Barry and Christine A. Low; and her siblings, Joseph, Les, George Alaskey, Frances Murray, Joan Ryan, Marilyn Alaskey and Helen Marie Burger.
She is survived by: her children, Scott T. Snyder (Missy) of Walden, NY, Stephen J. Snyder of Lenox, MA, Timothy J. Snyder (Susan) of Pittsfield, Jeffrey A. Snyder of Pittsfield, Marilyn J. Sims of South Hadley, MA, Sandra M. Snyder and Susan C. Strack (Peter) of Pittsfield, MA.; her sons-in-law, Andy Low of North Andover and Dave Barry of Plymouth; and her friends, Joan and Nit. She is also survived by nineteen grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Soldier On or to the American Cancer Society in care of the funeral home.
