She was predeceased by: her spouse James MacFarlane; and her brother Joseph LaPosta. She is survived by: her siblings, Pasquale LaPosta (Ann), John LaPosta and Claire LaPosta (Quinn) of Leominster, MA.. She is also survived by 7 nieces and nephews and 24 grand nieces.

Donations can be made to St. Anna's School in behalf of Dolores (LaPosta) MacFarlane.
