She is survived by : her children, John Thacher Anderson, Lucy Reeves Anderson Boyer, Thacher, Tappan, Piermont and Grandview; her children-in-law, Rena A. Sokolow and Jason J. Boyer; and her grandchildren, Lucas J. P. Anderson, Julia L. Boone, Carl T. Anderson, Esthefany G. Hung, John J. Boyer, Louis I. Sokolow, Nina A. Boyer and Grace T. Sokolow.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Thacher's memory may be made to the American Civil Liberties Union, Southern Poverty Law Center, or Heifer International.
