He is survived by: his children, Scott Cokely (Beth) of San Francisco, CA and Ryan Cokely of New York, NY.; his grandchild Leah Cokely; his former wife Micky Cokely; his siblings, Maureen Cokely-Case (Ted) of Walpole, David Cokely (Diane) of Greenland, NH, Kevin Cokely (Karen) of Dallas, TX and Donna Dupre (John) of Hudson; and his uncle Dennis. He is also survived by 5 nephews and 1 niece.
