He is survived by: his spouse Hettie Mae Street; his daughter Beverly Street Roberts of Newfoundland Canada; his sons-in-law, Dennis Zoufaly and Bret Leveillee; his grandchildren, Amelia Zoufaly Manko, Olivia, Zoe Zoufaly of Madison, Bennett, Reid, Pierce and Brooke Leveillee of Longmeadow; and his great grandchildren, Meadow Street Manko, Many and Donald.
