He was predeceased by: his siblings, Douglas, James, Robert Rae, Dorothy McNamee, Elizabeth McCallum and Mary DeForge; and his stepdaughter Marjorie Hicks.

He is survived by: his sister Margaret "Peggy" Lukralle; his stepson Richard Anderson; his stepson-in-law John Hicks; his grandchildren, Hillary and Pamela; his great grandchild Paige; and his nieces, Lois Rae Goodwin (James) and Susan Rae Hubbard.

Donations in his memory may be made to the Holyoke Soldiers Home, 110 Cherry Street, Holyoke, Mass. 01040 Services Private Interment Fairview Cemetery.
