He is survived by: his siblings, William Cowell (Marcy) of Dighton, Jason Fennelly of Swansea and Ashley Cowell of Rhode Island; his stepfather Frank Fennelly of Swansea; and his sister-in-law Micaela Benigno-Cowell of Fall River. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
