He was predeceased by: his parent Robert Phipps; and his sibling Linda Phipps. He is survived by: his parent Ruby Phipps; his sisters, Susan (Thomas Kent) of Pepperell, Stephanie (John Sterner) of Lowell and Lisa Naumann of Townsend; and his aunt Lois Sundeen. He is also survived by one niece, three nephews, and one grandniece and two grandnephews.
