He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanislaw Milczarek and Bronislawa Milczarek (Kamac). He is survived by: his wife Anna (Szafran); his daughters, Mary Milczarek of Lowell and Christina Lopez (Jose) of Lowell; his siblings, Stanislaw Milczarek of Poland, Zygmunt Milczarek of Poland, Tadek Milczarek of Poland, Jadwiga of Poland and Irena Oliver of Seattle, WA; and his siblings-in-law, Walter Szafran (Diana) of Nashua, NH and Kathleen Malave of Las Vegas, NV. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
More recently, he attended programs at the Community Family Adult Day Health and Alzheimer's Center in Lowell.
