He is survived by: his wife Francisca (Cintron); his children, Norberto Melendez of Lowell, Francisco Melendez (Michele) of Lowell, Felix Melendez, Jr. (Michaela) of Dracut, Norma LaRochelle (David) of Chelmsford and Jeffrey Melendez (Kathleen) of Lowell; his grandchildren, Marissa Melendez, Madison Melendez, Francisco Melendez, Tyler Melendez, Felicia Melendez, Christian Melendez, Nicolas LaRochelle and Nathan LaRochelle; his siblings, Victor Melendez, Ines Melendez, Elba Melendez and Olga Melendez; his mother-in-law Maria Rodriguez; and his siblings-in-law, Carmen Esthel Abreau and Alex Rodriguez. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
