It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Francis P. Lapan of Lowell, Massachusetts, who passed away on August 16, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul LaPan and Mary LaPan (Brogan); his brother James LaPan, Sr.; and his nephew Jimmy LaPan, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Vivian D. LaPan (Chevalier); his niece Joanne Valdinocci (Denis) of Hudson, NH; his children, Keri Carlo and Danny Carlo; his nephew John LaPan; his children, Jimmy (Ceren), Sarah (Tom) and Jessica; and his niece Janice McCarthy.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the Lowell General Hospital Cancer Center, 295 Varnum Ave., Lowell, MA 01854.
