He was predeceased by: his parent Joseph Abraham; his child Warren J. Abraham; and his sibling Edward J. Abraham. He is survived by: his spouse Florence T. Abraham (Salem); his parent Martha Abraham (Joseph); his children, Joyce A. Corbett (Mark) of Hamden, CT, Brian P. Abraham (Cheryl) of Glendale, AZ and Frederick P. Abraham (Kim) of Taunton, MA; his daughter-in-law Kathryn Abraham (Dolan) of Londonderry, NH; his grandchildren, Jennifer Ferreira (Joseph) of Pelham, NH, Megan Donovan (James) of Derry, NH, Matthew Corbett, Crystal Bashore of Mystic, CT, Stephen Corbett (Amy) of Spring, TX, Thomas Corbett (Emily) of Hamden, CT and Benjamin Abraham of Taunton, MA; and his sibling Louis T. Abraham. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
