He is survived by: his children, Jason Michalczyk (Shannon) of Lowell, Jessica Michalczyk of Barrington, NH and Cheryl Leclair (Rich) of Lowell; his grandchild Spc; his siblings, Judy Adamowski of Nashua, NH and Bob Michalczyk (Betsy) of Townsend; and his friends, Dan and Donna Champagne.
